I’m Francesca. A few years ago, I launched goodness + wellness as a personal project—a creative space to chronicle my thoughts, passions, motivations, and interests, with the hope that you’ll find a post that brings a smile to your face. More recently, I have grown into independent floral designer, based in the Washington, DC area. I create intentional arrangements that bring warmth, color, and a sense of everyday joy—whether for celebrations, gatherings, or life’s in-between moments. I strongly believe that having fresh flowers is an act of self-care. At the heart of my brand is a focus on community, connection, and wellness.
